One should look at
Macy’s on Facebook! Look at all the poor situations of customer service (or lack thereof).
So many of them. Wow not the Macy’s I once knew.

I just did a search on Facebook for Macy's and OMFG this is the first thing that popped up: BOCA RATON, FL (BocaNewsNow.com) — At least three employees at Macy’s in Boca Raton’s Town Center Mall have tested positive for COVID-19. The store remains open.
i know somebody who did not receive an item and was charged. she tried to call more than once. no help. she sent a message to corporate. no help. she went on facebook, and finally somebody reached out to her. i hear stores are getting a ton of complaints.
Reading through those comments it seems as though most customers are dumb–sh–. I place more blame on UPS or USPS.

How do you see it? When I go to visitor posts all I see are more posts from Macy’s
