Huge mistake Human Resources!!!!
You brought back the wrong full time management team. Favorites? Aquatica is your money maker park now. You brought FT management back that just sits in their offices and boss/belittle those who are working their butts off. You brought back some of the best but only part time and they were Full time before the pandemic which is totally absurd. Unions would NOT allow that. FT Management treats PT and TS like dirt and morale is very very low. Then you haven't returned some of the best management from furlough. Bring back D.H.!!!

Eww no. Glad he's not back. Also, pretty sure HR barely had any impact on who comes back. Corporate has to approve each position allowed to come back and then the areas dictate who they want back.
He was great at SeaWorld we missed him after his departure to aquitaca. But sad to say they will neve bring someone who respects his staff. Because this company doesn't want employees that respect and appreciate their management they want employees in fear they think they will get more work out of them. But its the complete opposite. We all love D. H. And i really hope that he finds better which wont be hard to do.
Lol unions would have made sure nobody came back as they’d have caused this company to go under a long time ago.
