“Leading indicator” comment indicates lack of understanding of what a leading indicator is, or more likely a skewed thinking of how much IT location affects business performance. Sounds like something you would hear on Yammer.

that is a good point, if you would move to cary for xerox why not just totally leave the bad company. The health of cary may be a leading indicator for Xerox overall so its a good question if its open and staffing up

If you are willing to move to Cary you should be willing to work at a company that has more than a 5 year future consisting of low morale, ego driven management, constant layoffs, excessive cost controls, substandard benefits and the stigma that will soon be Xerox.
