Chevron was already letting go 6000 employees globally. Noble will be at the top of the list.

“Synergies” is corporate code for layoffs. It’s kind of like calling layoffs “workforce reduction”.
That’s right. “Synergies”. Management and TX based corporate staff are gonna take the brunt of this efficiency.
