So curious...what happens to fill timers without keys? Is it just a matter of time for the axe to drop?? Just wondering. I’m on the lookout for something else. But was just curious about you all’s opinion on how long till we fill time grunts are goners.
That’s how things work at our store. You’re told what your responsibilities are, and if you don’t like it the door’s that way.

I didn’t take the role, I was told I was doing it. I told them I didn’t want the position and was told tough s**t.
DO NOT take the supervisor roll with out an increase. That’s the most ignorant thing you can do.
They can give me as many titles as they want, without more money - I ain’t doing squat
I was told I was going to be an ops supervisor. No pay increase from full time floor associate, no training, nothing other than “you’re doing this now.”
Well a lot of stores have Ops supervisors. Are they letting Ops managers go too

Yes, there is a plan in place for severance packages for ASM'S. When , who knows.
Yes, only SM and OpsM staying....The rest will be supervisors with keys...My store currently already has this in place...
