Still waiting on my severance package email from Macy’s. WTF is going on? I only have one email registered. Can’t get thru to HR, been on hold for an hour.

Try logging into insite as former colleague and check your in box there .
Still waiting to hear about severance. They were supposed to contact me at least a week ago. No one else that I worked at have been contacted either. Can't get through the HR on the phone. And they made it so you can't even go online as a former employee. Is severance pay just a joke or is it real?
I have received my paperwork signed it but how long does it take to get a check from Macys
Sorry to read about your unfortunate experience. There is no HR and customers are going wild trying to find customer service help too. Bonuses were secured before severance as the colleagues are after thought. The ship is at the deep end without a capable crew.
Check your spam or junk folder too.
Check all your possible emails you've ever had. Others have been getting info on other past emails. Sorry. Good luck!
