So it looks like Homelines, Entertainment, and Fresh don't get coaches. Will entertainment be absorbed into the GM Coach?
What about vision center manager?
Fresh eliminated. Food&Consumables Coach will have Fresh now as well. Here’s the structure:
Store Manager
Store Lead ($120M+ Gets two)
Services Coach (Front Ende)
Food/Consumables Coach (includes Fresh)
Replenishment Coach 1 (CAP 1 and 2)
Replenishment Coach 2 (O/N)
Digital Coach (eCommerce/OGP/Pickup Today)
GM Coach (has all GM/Apparel)
Asset Protection ASM
Auto Care Center Manager (ASM)
My store only has front end coach.
So far we only have FE and Fresh. The DMs are going about their business as usual. Maybe each state is different?
