It's Just Business They Say

So sad...... those of us that have bled Magenta for 2 decades to help make it what it is today..... just dropped. To those making these decisions...."its just business" ......... tell that to my family that will suffer indefinitely. Tell that to my kids who were getting ready for braces. Tell that to my daughter who needs long term medical care. Tell that to my face. It's not just business. It's tearing lives apart at the worst possible time.

I agree completely. Not sure there was ever a merger like this that didn't raise prices and create job loss. I'm sorry for you and your family as well. I hope the future holds much more for all of us impacted so we can look back and be thankful for this devastating experience. :(

It's absolutely maddening. This is why the smart people (none kool-aid drinkers) on the Sprint side opposed the "merger," since it was really an acquisition. Sprint employees told Marcelo via the internal surveys that they didn't want the merger to happen. It would be bad for everyone. The executives got paid, and everyone else got s*** on. It's only a matter of time before the customer gets it too. Even if the gentlemen's agreement to not raise prices until 2023 stays in effect, I'm guessing the customer gets whacked in April 2023. The acquisition was never about creating jobs, it was about executives and Softbank/DT getting PAID. It is so frustrating, after giving so much to keep Sprint afloat to have nothing but a few weeks severance to show for it. I'm so sorry for you and your family.
