Can anyone comment on how layoffs/new roles will be delivered to store team? Email? Executive team meeting?

We are having a meeting with management on Thursday to deliver messages
Well Feb 2020 it was execution style. People leaders had 5 min convos with each person set on their calendar even though those meetings ended up being double the time lol. and then in April for the furlough, we got an email about it and then our People Leader told our team we're all furloughed.
My understanding is that this time, you'll get a call from your People Leader and they will let you know. Rumor is Monday or Wed/Th.
Actually the people that were laid off when we here first furloughed only go an email which is pretty sh–ty of macys
Who will be laid off
If you’re furloughed a phone call. If you’re already back working typically if you’re affected you’ll find out one on one with your store manager. Then there is usually a company announcement for larger company wide changes and changes are announced at a store meeting.
