Thread regarding Sabre Holdings layoffs

Was Sales affected?

GG's org has done very little for AS in the way of selling anything at all for the last two years. Were they affected by the layoff?

as someone that was laid off and saw the report by title of all those that were affected.
I can tell you lots of sales peeps got let go.
However, they were all lower-level.
The big guys (who really have the responsibility ) are still there.

typical at sabre

Exactly. Critical but severely underperforming and it's not covid related unless Sales had the virus for two years.......

Precisely because they are critical and they have been grossly under performing the last few years it becomes important to discuss Sales. Since Etihad stopped forcing the airlines under their umbrella to buy from Sabre, what big wins have we had?

Yes it was. Many account directors and sales people were let go. However, at the end of the day we do have to sale software and solutions to make revenues, so dont be salty about “x” or “y” group being or not being affected. Especially when such group is critical for revenue generation.

No, Sales wasn't affected. How that happened is ridiculous.
