The new catchphrase at belk is “you can quit if you want anytime” and “get on the bus, or get off the bus” Well if the bus is about to have a head on collision with a brick wall, I think I should get off, don’t you?

Managers pick their favorite associate. Never seen anything like this before HELP
Amen !! I'm never going back to that hel.
A lot of the managers are looking for another job, soon there will be a mass exodus of management as well as associates
Everyday gets worse and worse
I think I'm getting off this train wreck while I can. Not alot of jobs out there but I don't care. I've never been this unhappy at a job in my entire career. Somehow I will land on my feet. My health and happiness are far more important and so is yours.
Do what you can to get out. I did. Life is better outside that company.
