Just found out I was laid off to make space to bring other people back!!! Bunch of liars at Hilton and please Public Relations stop posting quotes from your demi-god Chris. NO ONE CARES!!!
What is shocking to me is there are departments where Hilton kept senior management who are not out “pounding the pavement” trying to make sales. This is so contrary to what Chris Nassetta said when he said we will need to fight for everyone and every sale counts. These fat cat managers have been padding themselves and throwing hard working sales people to the curb. All the while hiding behind their incompetence - and trust me they have been been useless for YEARS!!! Maybe now that the VP’s are gone these useless people will finally be ejected. I pray for more layoffs and I pray they get their own back !!!

Hilton will lay off 2,100 corporate roles — or about 22 percent of its corporate workforce — around the world, the company announced this week. The company also said it would extend previously announced furloughs, reduced hours, and pay cuts by 90 days.
- “Never in Hilton’s 101-year history has our industry faced a global crisis that brings travel to a virtual standstill,” Hilton CEO Christopher Nassetta said in a statement. “Hospitality will always be a business of people serving people, which is why I am devastated that to protect our business, we have been forced to take actions that directly impact our team members.”
