Bed bath and beyond is closing all there customer service call centers , they are out sourcing our jobs. Our last day is in August 2020

Company has been laying mass amounts of people for years wave after wave. The pandemic only helped give them more reason to.
and this is why i just got a FT job elsewhere with a company that pays me what im worth

At this point, what are the prospects of profitable BTC season? Colleges across the country are beginning to waiver on students returning to campus.

Just curious, where did you receive this Information from ? Are lay offs just for call centers and stores?
Expect more as the year goes on.
Maybe someone will answer the phone then !!!! 90 minute wait times is ridiculous.
