So, no word from Xerox for any of the contractors in Saint John. I am hearing that most of them are not coming back and looks like Xerox doesn't want most of them back. The contracting companies are hush as well.

they'll definitely need to rethink this 5 year lease renewal they boasted about. The ones that are left can definitely work from home, what's the point in leasing the building.
once the number of employees dwindle, yup, they'll move to tech drive. if xerox gets the numbers back here in SJ they'll never find new employees in this city. the bridges have been burned.
From what I've heard all that activity was moved offshore and won't be replaced in Saint John. With Guatemala, Manilla, Montego Bay, and India being used there's almost zero chance those jobs are coming back to the US or Canada.
