I'd like see what SW's policy was the week we were all furloughed. The following was HR's response to a request for our handbook:
The ambassador handbook is not available for ambassadors just yet.

Well yesterday it appears they laid off all furloughed employees and blocked access to SeaPort (SW Orlando). If they had provided 60 days notice (as required by the WARN ACT, a federal law), it would have been nice. So far, nothing by US mail, no email, no information, no access to past payroll data, 401k, tax information. I guess the uniforms, coats, belts, etc become our severance package, they will hang nice in my souvenir collection. After patiently waiting nearly six months of an up to one year furlough, it’s very sad they just threw the remaining employees overboard.

Yeah, they have been "working" on it for years. I am sure someone has an old hard copy one. I do somewhere. The new one was included in the sign off on the return to work forms. You could click on it and download it. This is were people in other posts were commenting on the attendance point system got that information from.
You mean the employee handbook right? Cause we never got one that said "ambassador".
It was that far out of date... what year did mamby come on board and mandate we were all "ambassadors"? A change not even corporate got on board largely. I remember going through the handbook in probably the last year, and everything was out of date badly.
I couldn't either. Bet they're working on it in order to make sure we're all treated fairly. 🤥
Well thats a lie...they made us sign off on it.
