I apprecite all the shares. I'm wondering if anyone has anything to share on corporate restructure, lay offs or when furloughs may return. I read in 1 of these threads to expect only 25% of staff return to work rate, coukd that be true. I slso read an announcement would come before july 01 when our insuranxe may run out. I appreciate any in put you may have.
Man, I hope you guys are not keeping all your eggs in this basket! If you have a redundant role in corporate (ahem... business analysts, business managers, pricing), or 5 assistants and 7 associates on a team, trust that you may not have a job to come back to.
Yes, polaris already had eliminated approx 2000 -2200 layoffs in feb, cnbc he said we will return as a leaner company. Its june 19 & this is SO odd to me at least that we havent been contacted. Granted most of us are in NYC which is only in phase 1 of reopening but an action plan to return should be communicated since the city will be in phase 2 soon. Guys please keep me posted & i will do the same.
Nothing was confirmed by Jeff on CNBC. The question asked was in regards to Polaris strategy. The 2,000 jobs was what was announced as part of that. He never said anything. People are reading to munch into a screen shot from a three month old slide. But thinking it’s only going to be 2,000 jobs is wishful thinking.
I havent heard anything since March which is really disappointing. I am guessing we will ear something at the end of the month only because people have been questioning the Health Insurance.
