My MTM is back but the OAPM is not. Does that mean the OAPM will not have a position and MTM will take over role?

All store leaders were force ranked by store manager, and only a certain amount of leaders within each ranking range were allowed to be called back. If your store recalled MTM but not OAPM, then MTM was ranked higher in 2019 annual review and potential for 2020 than OAPM and vice versa. Or if OAPM was ranked higher but declined to come back due to health/safety reasons.
Mine’s not back yet...just me (VM) and my MTM came back
Wondering what the new structure will be... our SM has not communicated anything. I hope we find out this week.
What about APM'S?
Not all OAPM’s have been called back, mostly affecting smaller volume doors. Additionally there has been no communication with stores, nor touch bases. Leaving these “People Leaders” in the same boat as every other furloughed colleague indefinitely.
Um, yeah.....ours came back at reopening last month.
