I am waiting for the next T2R to finish up my career. If its not announced this year I will probably finish my career at another high tech company. I am in one of this big high tech hub cities where there is a big outflow of IBM talent right now primarily to 2-3 big companies. Ideally I would like to do the part time approach which is why I am asking.
Any rumors out there on the next T2R ?

Yes, there was a recent T2R offering but it was GEO specific and may have been organization specific too. It wasn't offered to NA based employees. Think 30 June was the deadline to accept it. I know some countries in EMEA, specifically Germany, where folks took it. It was a 1-year offering like the original T2R's, not like the 3-year offering of this past one, so anyone who accepted it, their last day will be 31 July 2021.
Yes, there was a T2R offered to systems group (now sure if any others) that ends 7/31/21. It was a 3 year program.
Year 1 - work 3 days a week
Year 2 - work 2.5 days a week
Year 3 - work 2 days a week.
I know a few people who took it.

Which big high tech city are you in and which 2-3 companies are these IBMers outflowing to?
I live in a big hight tech city but the 18 other IBMers I know of in my city who were laid off are all still looking for their next gig.
The current one still in effect was limited to certain groups but I don't think you will see another one until this one finishes on 7/31/2021. I have never seen them offer one while one was still in play.
Based on you coming up with the T2R acronym on the fly, I have no doubt you are a long time IBMer!!!
