So, just found out that our RVP is leaving the company... Wonder what that will bring with the others?

Leaving the 2 worst to run the field. Sal was one of the good ones. Glad I was laid off now in Feb. I'm sad to see BBBY go out the way it is.
If Dana has yet to be fired, he needs to be the next to go. He has ruined the careers of many former managers and associates with his micro-management style, his all to quick never to recover from opinions, his find what is wrong mentality in every location and his unwillingness to listen to other opinions. The corporate executive HR team knows where the bodies are buried and hopefully Mark and his new team will dig thru the piles of complaints.
They fired so many of them in February you can’t blame them to look for a better opportunity. So many changes.

Anytime there’s a change up top it’s a matter of time before they bring in there own people. There’s a reason he was brought in. If your part of the old team be ready for major change or jump ship. Especially at that level.

As has been mentioned before, this may be the time to move to another retail company or to a different type of work. During the time period we have been on furlough, BB&B has hired several top executives to fill corporate positions so it must be the time to make the change if you can.
