I have a question for any store mangers or to anyone that might have an answer to my question.
Can a store manger still rehire you if something pop up on your background when trying to get rehired?
Any help will be appreciated!

I can tell you if you were already employed they would suspend you until your case was finished so I wouldn’t have high hopes
we have associates who have felonies on their records
As of last week Doug McMillan in his last speech stated that they were softening the regulations as far as non-violent felonies. I have not yet seen the effects of that, but watch his video. (Maybe someone has time to find and link it)
If you come up red flag 🚩 on CP for background check, no one can circumnavigate that. Depending on what state you are in, some things you do not have an obligation to self report on background.
They should tell u what they flagged. Then u know what you need to tell them. Like I had to say blah blah blah happend 20yrs ago. As u can see no trouble sence etc etc
