I'd love it if L3Harris went on the block... they'd have to open their books!
Taking years to fulfill purchase orders is just the beginning of issues. That stock price is so high for a reason... it's what isn't known that will bring it down, I predict.
L3Harris -but the L3 is silent
What are you all taking about? Raytheon and United Technologies merged just like Harris and L3.
L3 got a raw deal. Merger is all Harris as the CEO is from the Harris side of the house. Almost a year into merger and we still have split web sites. For L3 employee’s, their pension was frozen, 401K catchup matching was dropped, forced 401K percentage levels, lost a week of vacation of over 15 years of service, they claim unlimited sick, but once you take 5 days in a row say hello to short term disability. Legacy L3 employees are treated as second class citizens. Corporate wants them gone. Lots of waste with company trying to save face. Management thinks highly of their accomplishments but in reality they have done nothing but cause discourse among the workers.
L3Harris is destined to endure a slow and steady death by a 1,000 cuts... and audits.... and SOX issues ….and site billing and cash-flow issues ….and lack of new awards.... and.... the company is now an empty shell managed by a bunch of millennial-minded stuffed suits
Didn't United Technologies just get bought by somebody? Or they bought somebody? Raytheon? Boeing? Spacely Sprockets?
the company has no future. once all divestitures are done, It will be taken over by United Technologies
