Not sure about Big Ticket but I know other draw vs commission areas are still working on commission but there is like a monthly/quarterly reset on your deficit. And then there's some type of added pay each week if you didn't sell enough.

Good question! I asked the same thing and my 'People Leader' couldn't answer the question. Furthermore, the call back script was pretty cleaver. It was " Hi! Are you ready to come back?" - that's a yes or no question. There was no volunteering of another option if you have a reason, like comorbidities, to want to wait for the second round. Which I believe that there is. The way that the script went was as though it was either come back or resign. My prediction is that they are going to change the way that we get paid, and not for the better. My People Leader told another co-worker that the job is going to be different, whatever that means.
