With the merchandise shortages we’re now experiencing. Plus the drop in customer count. I believe Marv will begin laying off employees by the beginning of Q3. We can’t get appliances and customers are canceling orders. Stock cabinets are on back order until August. A lot of Flooring is also on back order. These are big ticket items.
They have already ordered stores to cut hours. The layoffs are coming!
Well technically a lot of seasonal hires get shuttered end of July so... kinda true I guess
