Now all associates are assessed on the total store. this is a way for Belk to cut pay, because, Guess what? Your store will NEVER make it’s goals. belk corporate and sycamore will make sure of that! then belk will offer no raise, or worse they will start to cut pay! this is a complete scam, and associates and managers (who are still working under reduced pay from covid) need to protest! don’t let belk corporate and sycamore cheat you!
