Happy to say.. Very active with customers and sales. Sad to say. Absolutely zero new COVID 19 training or instruction on how to work with customers in this environment. MACY'S needs to step up. Do not ignore the possibilities of this issue. It seems to be swept under the rug sad to say for a profitable area of the stores bottom line and company in general. As well as health concerns during a current global pandemic which seems to be minimized by executive leaders. No training videos or personal instruction by senior management. Just go in, glad your here and call us if you need us. They show up and make happy small talk with customers. Not store leaders fault for they follow the guidance of corporate however no initiative to push forward with proper standards of learn by example or this is a concern to reinvent a solution to. Time to engage more with the environment personally and understand how the long term impact can effect those involved.

Not busy. Selling mattresses pretty well, though.
