If we would focus on revenue generating jobs and making money we would be fine. No new systems or transformations. Don't spend money to save money, go back to basics. Eleminate the levels of approvals and speed up the processes. When you RIF field hands and sales but keep all the journey management and fx folks there is your problem. Revenue generating folks are gone and salary s—ers are still there.
