Thread regarding Hertz layoffs

Can't stand it anymore! Managers put your efforts in getting the job done and not a song and dance for Estero! ZVP get your head out of your a–! Keep threatening us on the conference calls! You are so stupid you don't even realize everyone is recording your rants!

Closing anotehr day at the office. Super chill day did not do much. Searched on line for some jobs. GM bugging me a but in the morning but I shut htem up quickly. zNext thing I knew it was lunch time. Took amd extended lunch deleted a few emails. Now wrapping it up. Hardest part of the day listening to my stupid GM. Blah blah whatever yes we can! Just pay me. No one is watching at all drive whatever car you want. Enjo it while I can. Once I get a felling I msy be on the way out I will claim I have Covid symptoms then I enhoy more time off on Hertz.

HLE in the West falling like a house of cards everyday. No one with any business experience or knowledge to guide the team. Been here 5 years and have seen a steady decline in leadership every day. I used to love coming to work. Would do anything for my manager. Not anymore

HLE life is easy in the west! Don't do much all day when I am asked to help just say I am too busy. The days are long but I keep myself busy on Tik Tok. Getting paid with a free car to do nothing. I don't stress because I don't care. Listen to my id–t GM and just nod yes. Getting paid to look for a job pretty much.

Yeah, Too much being asked for. Things weren't great before but I can't imagine what things are like now. The trade-off is you still have a job but I feel ok with the furlough/eventually a permanent layoff

Its really bad in the Central that most of us not furloughed or laid off see to be the ones getting the short end of the stick. To say the attitude and demeanor of management is toxic is an understatement. Its really bad. Our VP has torn this area into shreds and it cannot be fixed.
