That service did not work for me at all. I could never get anyone to answer the number provided. When ever I left a voicemail I would soon after receive an email telling me to go to the website. I would go to the website and never received any results. It was joke and a waist of time .
I gave my resume to the counselor, at a glance it looked great. The one the counselor returned with their “improvements” looked like a middle schooler created it, she didn’t understand that I was on different projects but did not have different roles. I had also worked for several past companies twice, so she change change the two sets of timeframes to one, so it looked like I worked 2 or 3 different jobs at the same time. She made all the font and styling the same, like she just copied it to notepad. She asked me to make updates as needed to her copy, I instead made changes to my copy and sent that back. She seemed almost mad that I didn’t use her copy or the formatting. Well lady, your copy looked like c-ap. I didn’t use their service after that, seemed like a waste of time.

If you have been with the company 18+ years they are very helpful with your resume and also explaining the techniques used today to get a job. Explaining how Linkedin works, etc. A lot more tools are available today in order to find a job then just your resume. Would I pay for their service - no - but when its free use it to your best ability.
I thought their many webinar courses were very well done. However, don't expect that your counselor there will provide much help in getting a new job.

No not at all a total waste of time I went through it so my counselor could get a paycheck. Poor guy told me about the poor results they achieve.
Not really. It is only good for fine tuning resume. If you are getting service for free than it is worth using but would not pay for their service. Probably the best thing is they feed into their system jobs from several other sites.
