Remember when our CEO complained Xerox had too many processes and the company was complex? Well there are 3 different processes to report you are covid symptom free and most have to use multiple processes before you go into a Xerox office to work.

When people start getting infected I will have plenty of pics to show how nobody was following safety protocol. Especially management.
We're going back to work the 2nd week in July. Though our location has been good about putting up signs, communicating policy, I know people won't follow it when they get back in the office. Our own president isn't a fan of masks, so do you think he's going to wear one when he leaves his office? I'm betting most people won't.
I have been back to work for one month. Not one person in the building following safety protocol. Nobody wearing masks. Nobody social distancing. Nobody! Not even leadership. I feel very unsafe.
People in my office won’t follow guidelines.. My manager is doing everything he can- but I don’t feel confident that I’m protected.
So you may not consider your safety a priority, but the company certainly does. There are not three blind and pointless processes. There is a structure to ensure you can enter the workplace with confidence, and ensure you don't infect others should you have symptoms.
Some people do not seem to appreciate the extreme magnitude of the pandemic and the impact it has on people and companies, nor the complexity that is required under these circumstances simply to have you turn up to work in a safe environment.
So I suggest you stop carping, understand the reality of what is going on around you - globally - and start appreciating the HUGE amount of effort required to try and keep YOU safe in the workplace.
Oh, and if you have a suggestion as to how to improve those processes, try talking to the management teams, who would be only too pleased to simplify, rather than posting on a b–chy, negative website.
The JV team has been with XC for up to 2years, plenty of time to catch the Xerox process virus.
And a 30 minute training 3 months into this pandemic 🤣
Gulp, I was drinking milk while reading this and it came out of my nose
That’s because HR is ineffective useless...there’s absolutely no one central unit coordinating the various processes and segments. I guess we should be happy it’s only been like this since we started utilizing the former ACS/Conduent services, and the personnel changes in HR and let’s not forget the horrendous career and review apps
