Lay off everybody in Bartlesville and rehire top tier employees if they show up in Houston.
Could be multiple rounds as seen in 2015-16. I’m disappointed that management hasn’t been as transparent this time around. Uncertainty increases stress in the workforce and busts morale. COP used to be a great place to work.
