Rumour has it the Corporate HR Director was released. It's about time HR employees fell on the sword. This person was rough and condescending to everyone. Wonder how it feels when the shoe is on the other foot.

Can the company really survive without Jimmy C. in San Antonio
They need to replace the CEO from within and with 10 previous years at Weatherford experience. Only WFT folks know how to fix it and what needs to be done.
What investigation?
Yep, ceo left, just before the investigation.
I wonder who got to rif him if he was highest hr person?
The plan so far has always been to fire operational guys and sell assets, which has made the company spiral out of control and become a near basket case. Hopefully somebody has seen the light and started to cull the terrible management Weatherford still clings on to. I have my doubts and Weatherford is nearly beyond the point of no return, but maybe they can pull it out of the abyss just in time. They had better start weaving and get started eliminating all the inefficient management that abounds at Weatherford which probably make up two thirds of the whole management structure, that’s if they want to save the company. Time will tell.
It’s about time!
When HR is RIFD, is it just quitting?
It’s not a rumor, he got cut.
Yep JM, but other HRD's around are even worse, so keep on going ripper!
JM?
