Who is deleting posts? Any post that makes the suggestion of unionization or employees sticking together gets deleted. wtf?

The corporate shill strikes again
This site is for Belk employees to lean on and adjust as necessary. We work for Belk, and are paid from Belk payroll. Sycamore is our “parent owner.” If you have a grief about Sycamore Partners, you should post there. Otherwise, wasted on Belk employees.

Posts get deleted if site rules are violated, like if post contains insults and foul language are or real names are used (it’s ok to name public figures, not ok to name middle managers or employees). Direct advertising and asking for votes is not allowed either
Sycamore has never been interested in associate feedback. This is why people seek other solutions.
