If you get a call to come back and you don't then yes your unempolyment will be denied. Don't try and play the game. If you have a fraudulent claim, then you have to pay it back and serve penalty weeks if you every need it again.
Ok so I got called today but I can’t come back to my orig hours because store isn’t open, can they deny my unemployment because they offered me work?
I'm F/T frm Bay area. Violence & riots bad. Our shopping complex had blocked off all entrances. We opened curbside 2 or 3 wks ago b4 this huge mess. Doing better on furlough plus no store hrs. And overworked.. pressure. I hope they lay me off so I can ride out my unemployment. Plus I don't want to worry about my safety.

I agree, keep the furlough. Give part timers some hours and money if they’re not qualified for Unemployment
