My store opens to the public tomorrow. Our front end lead is not brought back...he was called back but he has limited availability so will be one of the last called back, but when I was called back I had no choice even though my hours changed...or I had to take a LOA. We were also told we were called back in order of seniority (and position) and that does not seem accurate either. This front end lead has been with the company as long as I have.
Who do I contact because the entire store feels it is unfair. We will be opening tomorrow and already tension in the store.

SHADY SHADY SHADY things are going on at BBB
They are only taken certain people back thats not fair.
I asked my manager when I can return back to work and was told I DON'T KNOW.
IT DOSEN'T LOOK GOOD.
When I spoke to HR they told me it was going by seniority but thats not true.
They are just bring back the low end pay people

OMG everyone's hours have changed ... Please grow up
Contact your mom. She’s the only one who will listen to your crying as an adult
Our store has not been going by seniority. Can’t even get a budget for next weeks hours.
i was told once they put you us on payroll in the system you loose your unemployment
There are plenty of other businesses hiring now that are run much better than BBB. If you have been hating it at this company and wanting to get out now is the perfect opportunity. Especially with the next earnings report a month from now and the very high possibility of store closures and layoffs once again.
Apply for partial unemployment, I’m assuming hours are cut down dramatically. That way you still qualify for $600 a week
its not by seniority cause ppl who have been at our store were called in before me pt and ft so
It is by seniority but can only have 40% full time associates back. So yes if they call you back unemployment is over.
Shady a*s managers
We still have HR
Ha I was thiking more along state level
It has nothing to do with seniority. In our store the two most senior associates are still not back while many other associates are. It is just favoritism. We've all been around long enough to know how it goes.
HR. Good luck.
