@pwfc I used to work in one of the Florida Divisions. There were a few minorities but no one in manager levels. The ones that were got "laid off" or terminated under false pretense. Either way, Pulte will sell homes quickly to any minorities but won't hire many or make them managers. I've spent decades in the home building industry and most with Pulte. All the divisions I've traveled to or worked for were the same situation. Skim next to very few minorities working in the divisions.

Late reply but the CEO sent a lame apology email and created a DE&I team. What a fu--ing joke and what a sh---y company. The only the diversity outside Home Office Atlanta was none. The hardly hire minorities at the division level and even fewer in manager roles. Want to talk corporate racism it's Pulte, but it's definitely of if you're a minority trying to buy a Pulte Group home.
That is very serious. Did you work in an area with a high percentage of minority employees? Write to corporate with the facts if theres discrimination
