I’m hourly in culinary and Ive been there for about two years and I’m terrified at what is going to happen to my job, ESPECIALLY after reading the messages today. I really love working here and I’m a good employee and I haven’t received a callback. I know that we are probably the first to go :(

No one has been called back in SD yet. Cannot reopen until at least phase 3 and the state is just entering phase 2. Earliest at this point would be mid July.
Like the other person said.. you are probably ok although it will be based on whether or not you have an abundance of cooks. Being good at your job helps but def isnt guaranteed to mean anything sadly. We have no idea what basis people will get called back on but until you have a date to open back up there isnt much you can do so try not to worry too much.
Honestly if you’re line-level non leadership, your odds are pretty good at coming back, especially if you’re job performance is good.
If you’re leadership in any capacity, I’d worry.
