I wonder what influence the "diversity and inclusion" enforcer will invoke on the selection process?

Sadly this is true. Maybe decisions are not made just yet but going in to PDC, they do know who will go in to what job. I am a PDR and have been part of many a “scenario planning”.

It is almost true. The company has a population of people they have earmarked as future leaders that will be saved and put into a different bucket. The other are just basic workers.

It is more of targeted BU's, projects and the associated positions that will be downsized or eliminated through budget cuts. The employees who are in those positions will mostly be unemployed. Some will get transferred to other positions. These decisions are already made and there is not much you can do about it.

They didn’t just pay BCG a ton of money and then just pull those percentages out of their a$$. They already know what groups of people they are targeting. If you attend the town halls, you’ll know what areas are out of favor because management will directly state it. People in those areas really are in “the hunger games” because their spot is already gone.
