You assume that 1) we have some connection to this board (we don’t’) and 2) we still work for Xerox or aren’t looking to get out. Seems like being on this board frustrates YOU, so why are YOU still on here?

Then shut down this board and let the chips fall where they may.

Stop being ignorant. Xerox is dead and going bankrupt soon. Stop b–ching and start looking for a new job. I’m tired of the crying on here. Xerox is dead!

I'd say yes, things can get worse. Remember, we're on a three-year plan here. What's been happening since 2018/Icahn may have been the norm for the "regular" Xerox folk, but us who work for XBS cores, well, we're still dealing with the shock of it all. At this point, if you don't see what's happening, well I don't know what to tell you. I figure we have 1.5 years to go and yes, it's going to get worse. The end game? A deeply gutted company with no vision, no integrity and Icahn hoping someone will buy this hunk of junk. I see no possible future where Xerox is ever good again.

Think of the concept of the bell curve. Xerox peaked decades ago and half way down the bad side of the curve now. Their technology is outdated. It’s basically a product that shoots paper at their other end - a product nobody wants that’s commodity & considered a cost rather than an investment. Now you know the direction Xerox is headed in - the question is: are you going to join them ?

Much like Joe Wilson sought out xerography and turned it into a business.

Of course, and they will. The business is drying up. Need an acquisition of a solid company to build on

Unfortunately yes...Seems nothing but bad news every time you turn around. Layoffs,
furloughs, wage freezes, benefit reductions and just bad vibes.
