I heard from some good sources the bloated HR org is finally getting hit. Eliminating some of the management that do nothing. It will be announced next week. Good riddance to a worthless function.

Let the blame games begin. Everone thinks stoneywood mgr lost the bp contract. Thats obvious.
I was speaking with a guy from BP, reckoned baker lost the contract due to poor performance from field personnel and account managers. Said they were bone idle, incompetent and spent most of their time in the tea shack b–ching about their managers. And their personal hygiene was absolutely appalling. Any way, must dash, please say hi to your mother from me.

Bungling stoneywood - drilling ops closed down, drilling bits close down, drilling support close down, remote ops close down, maintenance ops close down. Drilling mud close down. W/l closedown . Reamers close down. Only thing left is decom and cement
This is expensive fxxx up by aberdeen drilling dept. How much money down the toilet because this? This team is laughing stock of baker.

BKR HR has been some of the absolute worst I have ever experienced. Never “partners” but only cumbersome and in the way. Not wishing any single person any bad, but that org definitely needs a shakeup or redo.
For fun, the HR manager should include a field worker on the Skype call when letting them [HR] go so they can witness it. See how that feels ...
