Does anyone know how long it takes to receive severance pay after signing separation agreement for HCL rebadged then laid us off?

How is severance paid, in one lump some or over a number of months?
Mine came two weeks after submitting seperation agreement
I got mine about 3 weeks after the separation date.
Depends where you are. In Canada it would be the next pay period (so if last day is End of Month, then the 15th would be the payout).
Labor laws differ.
i got it on the next scheduled pay. 2 weeks
I received the final settlement check for unused vacation after 21 days but no mention of severance. I returned the signed and returned the separation agreement the same day I received it but there has been no mention of it since then.
I don't remember the exact number of days but it was faster than I expected. Within a couple of weeks.
