Has anyone gone into the 2nd round/phase 2, whatever you want to call it of recalling more employees from furlough? Who are they calling back, how many?

I've been furloughed for 6 months. I received a phone call from my hateful manager. Tells me you can go back to work but not in the same department. I said why? Your going to start loading trailers. I said wait a minute . I've been a furniture technician for 44 years and now you want me to load trailers. I said something is definitely wrong. I have more seniority than anyone with my same level and pay. I feel am being discriminate because of my age or my manager dislikes me. I feel really disappointed that my company that I work for 44 years as a furniture technician can treat me like this after suffering with this awful pendemic covid-19...
It feels like it is time in my store for another round of callbacks. But I'm sensing the store is trying to save money by not bringing too many back (corporate orders?). They have brought some back individually, but not en masse. I would also say if there is a 2nd "round" and you don't jump for it, consider it the end. They are not playing around waiting for people or dealing with people who worry about how much more they make with unemployment. It's all hands on deck and, when possible, want only the best willing to do everything.
There is so much work in my store right now . Suport Part Timers and full timers are working same amount of hours . First they said it will be 4 days a week but were working 5 . I think is time to call for more people.....
Just because you haven't been called back yet doesn't mean you won't ever be called back. Look for more callbacks by end of June. Or mid July to prepare for Fall. Things are still not good enough to add too many more people. Or if some called back can't take the workload anymore and start calling off, then your store may need to do it earlier.
Will there be a severance package in July for furloughed colleagues? Because our store 703 in Laredo, Texas they haven't call back the rest of the colleagues. Will phase 2 be in July ⁉️ 🤔
They haven't officially presented a second round , but some people is been called recently they just adding employees little by little in my store.
Many "corp execs" are working around the clock from home... there are always going to be bad eggs at every level in every company... that doesn't mean the rest of us aren't working hard
Please note that many corporate execs are still being paid to "work at home".
Very unlikely that anyone else will be brought back until all of the stores reopen and sales kick up
People....read Jeff's weekly (on Tuesdays) update on insite on the Covid-19 page. In the Communication column!! See below. The second to the last paragraph mentions furloughs.

Weekly Update
Dear colleagues,
I hope everyone had a nice Memorial Day weekend. For this week’s update, I want to share with you a quick recap of our most recent financial announcement and address some of the questions that we have been hearing from colleagues across the organization.
First, you may have seen that yesterday we kicked off a debt bond offering. Over the next two weeks, we expect to close on our re-financing process. Upon the completion of the bond offering, as well as our entry into an asset-based credit facility, we expect to have more than sufficient liquidity to fund our operations and meet upcoming debt repayments. This will give us the financial flexibility we need as we plan for the next two to three years.
In addition to our finances, I know you have questions about our business, your team members and what we believe the future to hold. We regularly update the FAQs posted on the COVID-19 site. This week, we’ve added answers around the fireworks, masks in the stores, our work from home plans and more. You can access it here.
Additionally, we’ve received a lot of questions about when we will be calling back furloughed colleagues. Our staffing and organizational plans will be built out as we have better line of sight into how the business is recovering. We are still in the early days of our store re-openings, and while early signs are encouraging, we do still expect a gradual recovery. At this time, the furlough process will continue for the majority of our colleagues.
I know these are uncertain times. I thank you for your dedication to the business and I will keep you informed as important decisions are made. Please be well and safe.
With respect,
Jeff
We are providing this update as a way to stay connected with colleagues during a difficult time. Review
Corporate is not coming back anytime soon. They are not essential at this point. Possibly in another few months. I don’t see colleagues still on furlough returning anytime soon either at my store. The foot traffic isn’t there yet to warrant it.
Does anyone know when they will bring furloughed employees back to corporate? Desperate for some answers...
We had a aecond round this week, but it wasnt announced with a letter or anything...just a few more people.
I didn't see any update on insite stating they arent bringing anyone back at this time... is it in a hidden menu?
That is correct, if they tell you that you are not coming back, its basically a layoff, look for a new job.
The update they posted on insite yesterday basically says that they are not recalling anyone one else for a while and employees that are furloughed will remain furloughed
