Yes restructure to add more VP and directors, DQ management thinks having a lot of directors and VP makes it big, want a nonsense the more these numpty are slower the workflow and less cost-effective.
Most likeley will layoff and rehire at low cost.

What cracks me up is that people are shocked by this, they tell you nothing all year long apart from when you do something wrong. Why on earth would they change now! To be honest I couldn’t give a f— anyway, show me the door I’ll break it down on the way out !
We aren't going to rush this. We still have work that needs to go out. We are going to abuse people to our own benefit to get this work out then once you have served your purpose the axe will swing.
