Today was suppisedly the final date , we would receive our severence packet via personal email and I didnt get anything yet... Has everyone else received their package ? I know they have my correct email because I get everything else they send

Macys eneded up using an old email of mine that I didnt even know they had. I have received all my other communication from Macys through the one I always use but for some reason like the other person suggested, check all your email accounts. I did that and the severence was there. I even made sure they had my accurate email account before my last day but somehow they sent it to a really old unused email address.
I haven't gotten any paperwork yet. I was told it's being worked on because my final day was put in incorrectly

If you have an alternate email check that one. Apparently they pulled from the wrong email list when sending out severance packages. I called HR and found out it was sent on time just to my other email address.
I spoke to the current OVM previous MTM and she stated that the Store Manager was saying something about it and the date might be the 2oth but I have received no communication about them being late and have yet to receive the package.
I haven’t either, I’ve Called hr services multiple times today and yesterday. Waited on hold for hours without getting through
