Hi guys, does anyone know if technical support jobs who cater directly to allstate agents and staff will be getting cut or are these generally safe?

Tech jobs I would assume are safe considering they are always hiring for them. What they need to do is improve with the quality of their hires as there is a lot of incompetence with Allstate tech all around. Spending time on the phone with ATSC front line or even emailing with ATSC Governance makes one want to drop kick the dog.
