Should they be in bankruptcy? No. It was just bad management. Aubrey would've kept promoting NG and it probably would have took off. Now we'll never know. Now that DL is in there, CEO is too far above his skill level. He did get his bonus though didn't he? He has nothing to lose. The employees? Yes, they're jobs. CHK will be parted out and at the end of the day, he's still a millionare.

This is true. I’ve watched numerous O &G bankruptcies, but have NEVER seen this many royalty owners seeking relief for non payment. Sad. Should actually be considered theft and prosecuted as such.
Sure are a lot of royalty owners going after non payment. It’s bad enough to screw the shareholders, but to rip off the people whose land was drilled on ??

You know it can’t be good when the opposition is growing so fast that they extended the final hearing by another two weeks. More time to expose the elaborate crimes committed by management. They need to be made an example out of. Lock them up and throw away the key.
