a coworker sent me this basically if we take cobra subsidy then we can't get insurance on marketplace after. sabre knows this is going to mess over a lot of people. but if we don't take the cobra subsidy they save millions, and if we do then we get stuck on cobra paying thousands per month unless you find a new job. this is really not good for us.
