our regional referred to $15/hr cosmetic associates as “top pay”, only at Belk would $15 be considered top pay, what a joke.

Dang , don't they pay that at McDonald's? 15.00 an hr.
When I left belk in 2015 the regional made $180,000 and they are saying $24,000 is top pay
$15/hour x 32 hrs week x 52 is $24,960, top pay if it was 1981.
