Let go on June 30th. Was told severance packet would be emailed by July 15th. That’s today. Nothing so far.

Received mine .. the email/ package and the signature page .. 24 years in Sales Management with Macy's. All of the dedication. Taken away
In part of the severance they have listed total by store and the age and positions of management / People Leaders that were severanced and ones not severanced

Am MTech and gathering statistics on layoffs for discrimination. It's pretty blatantly obvious. There I'll be w class action lawsuit against Macy's for discrimination.
I'm corporate and no severence yet - prepared to sue. This will be a class action discrimination lawsuit. Stay tuned.
