This layer between agencies and agency support being done away with. AST will be the agencies' "go to" in place of these two roles.

Thank God for all the Allstate Ageny books that are for sale. One would imagine all of these talented managers would make great Allstate Agency owners. After all they did support the agencies in their previous roles at Allstate. Allstate managers will be able to print money as agency owners.
Fake news. FSL’s will still have roles under the new structure. And it’s called a TSL.. shows how much you know.. Jeez get a clue before you write non sense
Uh, wrong. FSLs still have a job. Stop spreading fake news.
Sign me up I'm ready. I'm on the tech/engineering side
With tenure being only 5%of the actual metrics I expect a lot of those employees long in the tooth to be forced out with the assessments being the company's legal loophole to avoid large scale age discrimination lawsuits.
All 14 regions will experience significant cuts as they squeeze to 4 zones. In the end it sounds like the body count in sales and operations will be reduced by about 70% with the remaining jobs being "new" so they can choose who they want via the assessment and PDS. Shapiro doesn't value experience so expect to see most old people laid off.
Which regions are sales leaders being cut?
@rev+15WniHba FSL positions are roughly being cut in half, the few APS positions that are still in all the regions will compete for the 10-20 AST positions left.
Nearly all non-sales regional positions are just being cut without any assessments and have received unofficial notice, they are just waiting for the official notice and that could be at any time.
Thank you for clarification. We were informed both roles were being sunset but if they received assessments there must be some need for FSL or they are being re-purposed under the position. High performing and high rated regional employees will be repurposed into AST from their specific regional roles based on the assessment results for what has been communicated as an increased volume in place of FSLs and TSCs so this is likely where the full elimination of both came from. Again thank you for the clarification.
Not true. FSLs received the assessment so just cuts. Yes TSLs gone but will apply for DM positions at 4 sales hubs.
