Legacy Rockstar employees are now being laid off. Still uncertain if severance packages are included or not. Seems like a consolidation of the two Company's is going to happen, despite what the initial press releases indicated.

Any word on the retention bonus?
I unfortunately am one of the rockstar reps that was given the 90 days. They told us everything was fine and that the selling of the company would not impact our jobs. They encouraged us to basically go out and do as much as possible to promote “Pep energy” and literally fight for our jobs. After a good 2 months they gave us the news that our positions were terminated. That’s as slimy and disgusting as it gets.
Pepsi has never been good at integrations - see SoBe - it's now an afterthought (if they even have it anymore)
I’m unfortunately one of the legacy RS employees on the chopping block. Found out yesterday on a conference call PBC decided to eliminate all our positions and build a completely new “most efficient’ energy structure. Not sure about other departments but I know it’s ALL sales positions. Back in April when the acquisition was announced, I’ll just say someone VERY high up with RS clearly swore to us all that with the $3.8B purchase it included every employee and not affected our title, duties and pay. Total BS! Through the entire transition Pepsi has purposely led us on thinking we were secure but the lack of clarity and little insight about our future I could tell they’re some greaseballs looking to screw us. So now we’ll see if they do what they promised and follow through with this supposed retention bonus payout. As far as I’m aware there is no severance packages aside from a handful of big time ringleaders.
Rockstar is a brand PepsiCo purchased. The employees who worked there is what they are referring to. Not rockstar employees in the context they are “amazing.”
Pepsi is a sh– company. They make everything seem so good but on the outside they s—. Merchandisers, sales reps, and district managers are sh–. They don’t know their a– from a hole in the ground
Rock star employees???? Please, after 25 years at FLNA there is no one even remotely who can be considered a rock star, more like just s—ups and pycophants in a big blundering dinosaur of an organization.
